Solibuild Group Holdings has acquired the Kemaman point, now known as Verticus, development in a recent en bloc sale. This is after the developer submitted a winning bid of S$143.88 million. Verticus residences is situated on Balestier Road.

According to Knight Frank, the marketing agent, each of the owners of Verticus residences is set to receive between S$1.4 million and S$2.32 million proceeds from the sale. With a max GFA of 122,711 sq ft, the cost of redeveloping the Verticus site to a GPR of 2.8 translates to S$1,173 psf ppr.
